Chinese plate crackle brown dragonfly butterfly moth rooster hens duck swans

Chinese plate I see a lot of blue crackled pottery which are recent imports from China made to look old. So when first saw this plate I was skeptical but the hand painting on the verge and trim looked real. What do you call that slotted design on the rim? This. Wall plate is 9 3/4 all input would be helpful and appreciated. How old is this plate

 

Your reticulated edge plate looks like it was designed to hang for display. Is the center really that 'fuzzy'.
