Nice. It looks like something from the elegant glass era. I hope someone knows the shape or etch.
The etch looks like some kind of trumpet flower to me.

"New Martinsville's #36 "Oscar" Vase, the etch has been attributed to Harry Barth. Collector, Jim Ellsworth, has named the etch Mandevilla. Vase is 8 inches tall. It has also been found in amber and yellow with the same etch."

The Oscar vase is known in two sizes, 8 inch and 9 inch. It can be found in the following colors: crystal, pink, green, amber, black, jade, ruby, cobalt, evergreen (a dark green), and rarely, yellow.
