At The Horse Soldier Shop, POC for these is Sam Small, the CEO, a friend. This shop is probably the “biggest” Civil War store in the US. The cannons are small ship’s cannons called “Gunades.” I’m not involved in these items, just posting pictures ‘cause I thought you might like to peek. I dont know anything about the particular founder who signed the larger cannon but I’m sure they were in the British Isles somewhere in early to mid-19 th C. The carriages included are reproductions, very few original wood carriages survive. Larger cannon is about 40” long overall, and the tube weighs about 350 lbs.

Just out of curiosity sake, what would something like this set a guy back? (smaller one)

I don’t have his prices but they’d typically be offered in the low to mid 4-figs, USD.
