Help identifying Maker, info. Porcelain Punch Bowl

I recently received my grandparent's large antique porcelain punch bowl. I am trying to learn more about it. Are any of you familiar with these markings and/or this bowl ..maker, age, design, country of origin? Thank you in advance.

 

It's a beautiful bowl.

 

What can you tell us about it? Where are you, where were your grandparents when they received it? Was it a gift to them?

 

My Grandparents grew up in Bryn Mawr, PA. My ancestor John Angue was a ship captain who supposedly brought the first China to the USA. They may have gotten it as a wedding gift back in the 1930's or it may have been passed down from one of their parents. Unfortunately, I am not sure.

 

I believe this is the same pattern though either has lost it's over glaze color or is a different color combination. The pedestal on this one also appears to be smooth. They just call it fourth quarter of the 19th C English ironstone.
