Large Shell Bowl - Heavy Pottery - Winter Scene

Hello Board Friends - Below is a bowl I picked up at auction recently. It measures 13" long x 8 3/4" across and 2 1/4" tall. I would like to try and date it roughly if possible. I would guess mid 1800's to the 1870's and either German or French but I wanted to see what you folks thought. The scene in the center seems to be a hand colored transfer with white painted accents. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thank you!

If nothing else comes in, you can inquire on this one, as sadly no information given. Not even sure it’s all that similar.
