Heavy(!) Cocker Spaniel? - Is this a Hubley?

I found this yesterday at a thrift store - it is very heavy! I think it's a cocker spaniel, but I also am not confident in that.
With the hole in the bottom I'm thinking it's pottery but the weight of it is something.
The only mark on it is a red C or square like mark (and that is the 1 spot the thrift store wrote the price in sharpie - it won't come out (it originally said $7b (for color blue) but I oodled on it to make the price go away!
Did Hubley make this? If not does anyone know who did?
PS - I think it has glass eyes but with the concrete or pottery around them it looks like someone on their first piece of making a mosaic with tiles - very creepy on such a pretty statue!
    Thanks for any help!

I don't think Hubley made pottery, only metal.

Not a cocker spaniel, looks more like a Tibetan Spaniel.

Right - Cast iron - usually in 2 pieces that were bolted together.

I understand spoiled - my dogs won't eat reg canned food anymore - dinner last night was Rachel Rey's Mutt Balls with some rotisserie chicken, some canned danish ham & some prosciutto ham on top!

Haha that made me smile :D :D
I think that's mostly what our babies are for: to spoil. And chase and throw balls for ( though Jude isn't that sort of a doggo, really. He likes ( LOVES) to shout. At anything. And everything. That's his fave pastime. He's more a person than a doggo.
( And as a sort of aside,Journey...I was SO sorry to hear about your baby being poisoned. I left a message on the thread you told us about it on but the thread was dead when I got to it & I don't think you saw it. I lost my childhood dog to poison and the pain will never leave me. Felt so bad for you <3 ) xxx

Thank you - my 2 now (Sparkle & Truckin) are sister & brother & I've had them since birth but they are nothing like Frankie Sinatra! He was such a happy, energetic dog; ready to go or do anything and always right at my side
I still get a sharp pang when I come home & look for him - and then remember he's not here anymore.

The former Animal Control Officer (Me) says it's a Cavalier King Charles spaniel.
