Featured Blown bud vase with 800 silver foot?

Sorry for the lousy photos. I picked this up today for a song. Noticed the tiny 800 and the registration mark I think is Italy? has the star with numbers then a letter. I find no signature on the glass itself.
Hoping someone might know who made this.
It is 9" tall and the flower is 3" wide.frosted on the bottom.

Barely visible mark does look Italian.

 

I remember you had a way to search the marks

 

In the last pic the 800 is upside down The other wasn't stamped very well. I got half of the star then 491 and only a H no other letters visible.

That would most likely be it as there is only two 491s and it's not an A.
