I have this lovely grey, brown and white pottery bowl that looks Native American, not old, as it has a 75 on it and I am assuming that is a date, I now not necessarily. My guesses are Atler, Atiu or Utiu. Any ideas would be appreciated. ACACAFCF-5147-418C-954E-13CB3DBE2CD3.jpeg 75717E31-CBD5-469B-A581-1435BB81EF6D.jpeg B43AD4C9-0363-454A-831E-6CFBADDC6110.jpeg

I don't see Native American in the piece.

Nor do I. Just a coarse clay body that makes it look "primitive".

Okay, I know so little about Native American, but it had the resemblance of some Native American painter. Or maybe it was the colors. Thank you.

Thank you! I love learning about all things, especially older to match me, but I did not believe this was older. I appreciate all of the answers.

Just for future acquisitions, it might be helpful to consider that by 1975 almost any pottery made for sale by a Native American would include a tribal affiliation as well as signature. Identifying it as Native made would add value.
