Chineese vase is it worth something?

    I saw it on eaby for going cheap and not sure if I should buy it
    It says its heavy and 88cm

    It does look as if it may be a Republican period piece, but a picture of the base would help a lot. The damage is probably what is holding it back price wise, if it is Republican period and was in good order it would have good value.

    He told me It doesnt have any stamp but has something written in chineese I guess on the side but I dont know if its just decorative sign

    It's a good fortune symbol in the ancient style, it doesn't really help with dating in this case.
