    I would agree that it is a fairly modern piece. Features do not seem to have that oriental touch so maybe Germany or Czechoslovakia

    Sorry, no. It is simply the style of the drawing of the decoration. I don't know much about European porcelain, but this would not have been an expensive item when it was made.
