    I recently acquired this about two weeks ago and have since been trying to get information. Could someone please help with age, origin.

    It looks Japanese, if you post some larger pictures and a close up of the mark I may be able to help you further.

    I agree, Japanese. The Japanese made a lot of fan themed items, and still do. This is an old piece though. Those birdies in flight are also very Japanese.

    Seeing Japanese fan items always warm the heart of this fan collector, so thank you for posting it.:happy:
