Welcome, Aries! You certainly may. But we'll need pictures, dimensions and whatever you can tell us about how long you've had it and where you are.

Thank you very much for the list, I am, very confused why there is no Cat, or anything about him, maybe the bell was made for an special order?

Well, Aries, as we all know, not everything shows up on the net...

My own thought is that this was NOT a special order, but I could be wrong.

I HATE Pinterest & its dead links, but a bit of searching found some other Peerage Cat & Fiddle items there. Naturally, there was absolutely no info, and the links went nowhere, but here are the (painfully small) photos:

This one supposedly is on a brass fork:

This one has no info about what it's attached to:

And these have no info at all:

It looks to me as if they could have mounted the little cat portion on just about anything of the right size in their inventory...

I did see these before on my search, and, there is very little info like you said, I did think maybebthey stuck the cat onto the bell? Bit thing is, it looks like is always been there, so I am, very confused.
However, thank you very much for helping, I also recieved some advice to take it to a place that can tell me how old it is ^-^

IMO bell is a marriage, see differences in patina, process, poor fit of handle to bell dome, etc. somebody put the two disparate pieces together so Cat people would bid on the bell.
