Small rolling pin filled with water

    Saw this minimax fire grenade. It's embossed all over with writing. Can anybody find one online

    Not filled with water but with carbon tetrachloride which is now considered very hazardous. As to what it is, they were used to snuff out a fire by smashing them at the base of the fire and the carbon tet would deprive the fire of O2.
