    Is something written on the lid to the right of cutout? Or anywhere else?

    I think your punch bowl is absolutely gorgeous. It probably had a ladle and matching cups at one time. I agree that the glass looks Bohemian, possibly Harrach or Moser decoration. Agree with Ksocha11 that this may be a commissioned piece, hence the silver top (as opposed to glass, which is more common).
