Mintons, can anyone help me?

    I am trying to find out if these are true mintons and if so can someone help me date them? I have found that the logo was likely before 1950 but the year cypher that is on my plates does not match anything I’ve found on the Internet which leads me to think they are not real. Any insight would be very appreciated. Thank you.
