    As above. This looks like it may be a porcelain plaque with a mythological scene but...?

    This might be a better view
    It’s pretty tightly packed in the frame
    Don’t want to start ripping the backing off

    The Three Graces are the subject. But other than that... I would suggest you post photographs of the entire piece from both front and back including frame. They should be in focus (but I realize it may be hard to eliminate the reflection.)

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Looks like the plate is set in a very dark maroon velvet or velour frame and then the gold frame.....very difficult to lighten with the reflection there......​
