I own some dinner plates by Yamaka that have a pattern called Wood Lily. I've seen some dinner sets online with the exact same pattern, only they're by a company called Grace China.

I can't find any information on this company; is it another name used by Yamaka, or have they simply used the same pattern?

This is the pattern/company in question: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/17450207343...rentrq:723cdcac1790ab8f9ef23df1ffe3c3e7|iid:1

It's odd that that listing says West Germany in the title when the mark clearly says Japan. Grace may be an importer.

That confused me as well. eBay, Etsy, and replacements.com all come up with the same pattern when I search for "Grace China wood lily". Only replacements.com however has a listing for "Yamaka wood lily".
