Information on Imperial Dynasty by Mann vases

Hello. I don't have pictures because I don't really need to show. I was just in a thrift store recently and found a pretty little black vase and it said imperial dynasty by mann made in Japan. And I was just wondering if anybody has any more information on the company or people that make them? I tried to research them and I just get images of them and not much else. I've never run across the name before and I was just curious. Thank you

So my little black face with enamel on it dates prior to 1963 chances are correct?

Would make sense depending on if the backstamps changed. Apparently some of the dynasty range was sold via the Franklin Mint, so you may find some further info on that angle.
