Help with Blue Cobalt Horn O Plenty

    Hello all..
    This Horn o Plenty is difficult to find. I found one the same on E bay but it sold and no information.
    It's 5.25" high, 4.25" L x 2 7/8" W base, 4.25" x 3.75" mouth.
    The top is 10 edges (not sure how to describe) rather than many are a scalloped rim.
    The back of horn, the extra piece not sure what it's for or represents.
    Many are by "Heisey" but mine is not marked anywhere.

    Any information appreciated!

    Fenton #950 seems to have the notch, but flaired top.
