    What is the country of origin.
    Is it hand painted on the copper or is it a hand-painted stencil?

    But I agree, looks hand-painted, wavy silvery surface near edge may be acid-etched. It looks late 20th-early 21st. C.

    You might have better luck searching if you spelled copper with two "p"s instead of two "o"s.

    Hand painted and I'd agree on Turkish. Here, it would perhaps be bargeware. ;)
