What is the style/age of these sterling candlesticks?

I've tried searching for International Sterling 101 66 candlesticks but haven't found anything like these. Are they modern, modernist, or maybe arts & crafts? They're 7 1/2" tall. The inside of the candle cup is threaded, so maybe they're part of one of those convertible candelabra sets?

    I really appreciate your help!

They're dual-purpose, vases that can be flipped to candlesticks - would think mid 20th century...

This pair (very optimistically priced, to my thinking - and why is there a distracting fringed bucket bag in the background?), is coded 'V177', IS vases are typically stamped with a 'V' prefix or '66' suffix:

Thank you! I never considered flipping them (maybe because I don't have a fringed bucket bag). As for the price, "optimistic" is nicely said.

I think they placed the decimal point one spot over too much :)
