Need help identifying this Porcelain Figurine

Hello everyone,
Can anyone help identify the maker of this figurine?
To me the lace and details look like Meissen but this piece does not have any maker’s mark on the bottom. There’s a blue underglaze mark on the back side but it’s so fuzzy that i cannot read it. The bottom is blank, not even a venting hole. There seems to be a tiny vent under the chair. The bottom feels like a layer of unglazed porcelain original to the piece. I know for sure that it has not been restored by the previous owner who brought it from Germany in the late 1940s.

I'd guess it's most likely Oldest Volkstedt Porcelain Factory (Aelteste Volkstedter Porzellanfabrik) and before 1950.
