    Hi All,
New poster here, but an avid antique collector, some experience in antique furniture, but no expert. I just picked this Rocking Chair up, and doing some research, appears to be a Boston Rocker (style) I think ca: 1910 -15. Just wanted to know if I am close or not, any help with ID and year, and anything else about this item would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Bill

Welcome, antiquity! We had a chair here about 2 weeks ago with a very similar seat. @verybrad called it circa 1910 "with a bent plywood seat." I'll leave the rest of the commentary to him.

Yep... ditto the above. Could add oak press-back. Not a Boston rocker.

Forgot to add that this one could be a tad earlier. More like circa 1900 but made the same for at least a couple decades.
