Help with this picture origine

Hi I need help ID this picture not sure if it's a hand coloured drawing or print is it German or Dutch? any help appreciated thank you

 

Bären-Jagd is German (bear hunting).
from certain aspects of clothing and weaponry it could be Swiss as well; in Berne bear paws are still a delicacy...

for the printing process and/or coloring we have some people that may help. certainly a clear sharp picture to see if there's dots.
furthermore a pic of the back.
from the format it may be intended for a restaurant.

 

Registration of the colours looks misaligned to me so I’m thinking it’s a print.

Hi I open it up and find a stamp at the back (Verlag von Moritz Perles) and the signature of the artist who uses the colour the same as the one that shows at the dorotheume
