Help with Bag identification

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone could identify the area/country this bag comes from and it's age? Any information would be much appreciated, thanks John

    Is the center panel embroidered? The black fabric is machine stitched so that gives you an earliest date, at least for the bag's construction. The center panel could, of course, be earlier.
