Chinese Bowl with a red 天 mark? Playing Chinese Chess.

Can I get some info on this bowl. aside from the four writings inside, on the outside there appears to be four letters as well(they are not the same as inside and do not exactly line up with the inside writing. near impossible for me to read or photo. they are the slight bumps you will see in photos. I also believe those to be fingerprints on the bottom. I as always, appreciate all

Yes, I do see the pieces, but none of which is attempting to surround the other opponent. In either case chess or go(thank you) I am hoping someone can recognize the decor, style and or marking. I find it showing some good age.
