Featured Help ID these Antique Portriat Mugs please.

    Hi,

    I have a pair of Mrs. and Mr. (assuming that anyway), antique portrait mugs/cups.
    NO idea who these 2 people are. (Do You Perhaps????)
    The bottoms are marked, (Pic Provided), however I just can't make it out enough to do some research, and I'm not similar with what it MIGHT be.
    Measurements: 3 1/4" tall x 3 7/8" across rim.
    Anyone have some info for me?

    If the second word is 'Apolda', that would put them to Germany.

    Those are nice! The people might not be identifiable. My understanding from other collectors is that anybody could commission something like this. But you never know...
