1926 Emil Ludwig Napoleon Book With Writings/Letters

Ok guys I bought out a storage that was full of old books.There's one I just can't find with writings and letters.The front of the book has 2 full pages of writing,that bleed to the other side of the page.In the back,Envoy: is a written letter,letter to Countess Walewaka.I've google and looked on ebay and none of the books has letters.writings.Any idea.Why the writing in this book,is this one special.

 

Elga Ludwig was the wife of Emil Ludwig. Moscia was a hamlet outside Ascona, today part of Ascona (Switzerland).
this book is by Emil Ludwig, originally in German.

very unclear, how many hands wrote on the empty pages. clear pics a must.
