    It is marked as 800 silver. The P is the date letter for 1939-1940, the last year they used Roman letters before switching to Arabic.

    The assay office seems to be Cairo, even if some differences.

    It's so blobby, I thought if I said Cairo, someone was sure to come along & say Alexandria. Suspect OP is mainly interested in fineness.
