My bad, totally misread this. I honestly thought this was factory art and didn't want to get the OP's hopes up. Shows what I know. I have seen some other stuff floating around be this artist and I'll try to track it down. Again apologies and let me know how much you get for it.

 

Yeah I really don’t think it’s Douglass chun like I thought before. The signature matches but this looks nothing like his other work. Can’t find any other chun with a signature close.

 

Is it Douglass though? Maybe it’s another chun which I can’t find the first name for.

Has this certificate which might help with publisher.

I found a retired Robert Richless on a Linked in. Frames Plus name of company in Bradenton, Florida, which seems to fit.

 

Could there be some sort of certificate under the backing? Is that even done? I don’t necessarily wanna take the backing of the frame off but…idk

I wouldn’t take off the back, it’s a different framer and the certification wouldn’t help to find Chun. Looks as if Chun did lots of prints and they were framed up as decorative pieces. I’m off to bed now it’s 2.39 am here in U.K.
