Where is this Foo Lion guy from?

I believe it’s a Foo Lion? Carved from wood. Any particular purpose other than decorative with little hidden storage under tail? Guessing it’s more of a made for resale thing but it’s pretty cool in my book. Another thing I bought to sell but fell in strong like with.

    I'm gonna guess, based mostly on the eyes, that it's Indonesian, yes. Let's see what experts say...
