Still Life

The backing paper is signed with H or A “Bud” Fisher. Wonder if that’s the artist or previous owner’s name? The lower left of the painting looks like having something that looks like like H similar to the one under the back signature.
1970esh, like 1970ish, exact year now known?

 

Probably this guy as I found the painting in the same area. Nothing mentioned in the obituary about the person liked to paint but who knows.
