Image in silver ashtray, Pilgrim Fathers?

Does anyone recognise this image please, I thought perhaps the Pilgrim Fathers but could of course be way off, the hallmark is HH in a lozenge with a gothic lower case g, any comments very much appreciated.

 

Can we see the HH mark, please?

 

I see merchants outside a middle eastern tent, with barrels and at least one chest on the right. No "Pilgrim Fathers" here.

 

Does your HH mark look like any of the ones on this page of Dutch marks?

I was going to say it looks Dutch - sometimes you find the brass fire boxes stamped with similar motif.

 

There appear to be 3 possible marks at about 2 o'clock (not far from the pointed hat guy.) Can you get a close up picture of that spot?

 

Looks like a Hooijkaas '90' gram silverplate mark to me:

Thank you so much for all the responses, I think you are right that it is of Dutch origin, that seems close to the hallmark. I attach a photo' of the hallmark which is really small, I took this picture through a jewellers loupe.
