Cloisonné Metal Box

    I found this cloisonné metal box. It measures 3 5/8" by 2.5". Feels very heavy and well made.     Does anyone know what it might be for, when made, and where from? There are no markings I can see.

    It is Chinese and could date anywhere from the 1980's up until now. Similar pieces are still made today.

    One way to tell if more modern cloisonné is by how close together the "clouds" are. The older tended to be more detailed.
