Help ID pottery mug

    I was wondering what this reads on the base of this pottery mug. I can make out "Vermont" but that's it. Thank you for any info!

    Sis is correct. It's not the old antique Bennington pottery, but the Bennington Potter's that started in 1948. They make nice stuff. I have a bunch of it too and I really like it.
