Featured Please help identify this toby jug (probably tobacco jar)

Hi there, folks ! I'm trying to find any information I can about this item that I have been told is a toby jug. It's 5 inches tall and weighs 8.9 ounces. The lid/hat comes off and inside the rim at the back of the lid/hat is what looks like "4707", "4101", "4107", or "4701". Any information, details, pointers, and/or value you may know of would be most appreciated! If there's any other information I can provide or photos I can post please let me know. I'm not so sure I'd call it a jug as it has no handle. I wonder if it's a Schafer & Vater covered jar. Here is one of a similar type and size that they think is Schafer & Vater with a number they say is 4700.

It is not a Toby mug or jug because there is no handle. I would call it a Victorian-era bisque covered caricature jar, probably a humidor, possibly German or Austrian. I tried Napolean, dandy, egg man, soldier, fat boy, and got no hits. The closest I could find was this unidentified jar. The marks might be similar, but still unreadable, sorry. "The vintage bisque humidor is a small roly poly figure of a Tyrolean man wearing a feathered cap, lederhosen, and sporting a handlebar mustache, worn mark on the underside, 5 ¼"H."
