Porcelain? Deer figurine Who Manufactured

    First time posting on this site so hope have followed correct process. I have a deer figurine with stamp made in eastern Germany. Size is 7 3/4 and 6 1/2 inches wide in glossy shades. Not sure of stamp marking number 13 on bottom. Wondering who made this and age and if any value in item. Thanks for info.
