The site has paintings 'Attibuted to George Barrett Jnr', so they too must be uinsigned.

 

Barrett Jr. did landscapes from nature and worked a bit later. Yours appears to be a fantasy scene set in a classical landscape.

If you have a loupe, take a close look for live paint on top of paper. You can see a droplet of blue in the lower left on the substrate border. Looks like a match the same blue color in that area:

 

Agree it is a fantasy scene. The sculpture in the scene may be a version of The Rape of the Sabine Woman, or possibly Hercules and Antaeus.
