Can any car experts help identify rims?

    Hi, I found these 2 vintage rims in my dad's garage and was curious if anyone might know what kind of car they would go on or were meant for. The stamp I found on them says M.F.R. BY MOTOR WHEEL CORP LANSING MICH U.S.A. L.E. 16 4.50 the hubs say PACKARD MOTOR CAR CO. They measure 17 1/2" x 17 1/2" x 5 3/4". I'm not to good with cars so any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
