Good morning. I think it's form 531. Just need help with the color. I'm leaning towards wisteria maybe? Thanks for any help.

From the top section, I would say Famille Rose. Wistari (as Fulper spelled it) has more purple in it. Though maybe yours is a blend of both.

"The Fulper Book" has examples of these glazes on Pages 28 and 43. That's a great book for Fulper collectors. Fulper glaze colors are very tricky.
    Cheers! - Joe

Thanks Joe! The bottom half does have much more purple than pink. My photography skills are lacking.

    Thanks again, Dale

You're very welcome! Your photos are actually pretty good. Photographing colors is always tricky. How they eventually show up on someone's device is a crap-shoot of sorts. If you have a way to adjust white-balance on your camera it can help a lot. Lighting also plays a big role

Thanks for the tip. I'm just using my phone lately. When all else fails, I throw it in a window. Natural light seems to be the best.

    Thanks again

Gorgeous glaze, a bit like Chinese monochrome glazes.

Pretty piece. Racetrack mark mostly use in the 1920s. Here is my piece purchased 35 years ago for 2.00 haha the only two dollars I had that morning garage selling. Told my friend I only had $2.00 but would go anyway. She was astounded when I picked it up and asked how much and the response was $2.00. And this was when art pottery was super hot. Kept it all these years. DSC_0367.JPG

What a pretty color. Goodwill still has great deals. Only paid 2.50 for it.
