Picked up this lamp at a local thrift. The cord is brown and has a thumb switch on it. I thought maybe 70s. There is twine like vines tangled around one another. Would you agree 70s? Also is there a certain name for these lamps? Thanks for any info!

70s is a good guess IMHO. Plastic coated wire?

I hope those are not wire hangers cause if Joan Crawford shows up you are in big trouble.

Too funny, guys...! I would say probably Noguchi-inspired (artist: Isamu Noguchi).

Thanks for the info! It's actually not artificial plastic material it's real twine.

It is twine or wicker? (Appears to be the latter.) Here's something similar. Current.

The proportion of the knobbed feet look more 1960s to my eye.

Had the same lamp. Much later than the 70s. 2000s or so.
