I'm afraid that base is pretty typical of modern Asian/Chinese pieces. Decoration is certainly Chinese.

Found this little thing today. About 8cm (3 inches) tall. It was no money at all,I just found it interesting.Looks like it’s maybe a little stoneware vessel or bottle with the cork stopper missing? Or what?
