    Most likely an amateur painting, but has anyone seen the name M.Y. Colson ? The painting is oil on canvas & dated 1933. 999784264_tp.jpg

    Those aren't the same painting, but one is either a copy of the other, or they're both copies of something else. It has a calendar-ish look to me.

    Lots of paintings of those three ships online. This is my favorite:

    Mine seems to be an example of a popular artist subject of the 1930's.. . Columbus' ships - Nina, Pinta & Santa Maria.
