Porcelain - mark on "Diana" creamer?

    This says "Diana" with a maybe a G / Y or C / Y. Any idea what the brand is? This measures just over 3 1/2 inches tall. To me, it looks like parts might be handpainted, with more paint stenciled or stamped. Your thoughts? Is the gold paint at the top called "spatter"? 100_7881.JPG

    I'm not sure I can explain why but I'm getting a Made in Japan vibe.
