Coffee cup and saucer need information please

I have got also these beautiful coffee cups and saucer marked underneath. Coffee cup has got hairline so sad about it still pretty.

If I can get more information I would be really happy.

Royal Doulton made the china. As the story goes Queen Anne’s Mansion Hotel was located in St James Palace London. The Queen Anne's Mansion building in Westminster once had the title of 'Loftiest Residence in Britain' and acquired Queen Victoria displeasure when the building was extended and blocked the Queens view of the Houses of Parliament from Buckingham Palace. The Hotel welcomed famous guests such as Edward Elgar, the composer and was used by The Royal Navy during World War 2 before being demolished in 1973. I guess this might have been used for tea service there? Not too much out there as far as pieces go.

 

To be precise, these were made at the Doulton factory in Burslem. Early 20th backstamp, used till about 1922 and similar abbreviated postcode. That E and four numbers is the pattern number.
