Talavera is the place. Duran is the either the maker or the decorator. Can't tell you more until you post your photographs directly here as Full Image. Important because could be Talavera, México or Talavera, Spain.

Here's the same design on a Durán plate in blue and white. Identified as 20th century and a falconry scene.

The full name of the taller is Cerámica Durán, founded by Antonio González Durán in Talavera de la Reina.

  7. It seems the one plate posted in all blue is exactly opposite of mine.the horse is facing right on mine and on the blue plate its facing left.i looked at it closely and mine looks hand painted.i plan on keeping it in my collection.so it's from Spain then?would u know how much this thing is worth?is there a timeliness of when it was made?

I assume it's designed to be hung?

  10. Yes I think the string on the back is still strong.seems like old nylon

  11. So I guess its around 350.00 us dollars would be a fair price of valuing it?

Think $350 quite high. Assume you pegged it to this one found on the link I posted and on offer for 350€ but that's an asking price, not a sold price. The one in blue & white above sold for 80€. Of course, lots of variables such as intricacy of design and age. Not an expert but from nylon hanger, I'd think yours was 1960s-ish. Let's see what others say.
