Signature or scratch?

    THe last two letters look like "a" and "k" to me. Have you tried a loupe/magnifier?

    Don’t know.. maybe the first letter is also K or a weird W and then a “y” or a “u”. Well it looks like some word ending in ...”tak” to me. Nice vase. Try a magnifying glass as suggested.

    might try rubbing some cinnamon in the signature and see if it shows more clearly or even run chalk of any color across it and wipe it off.
