    The angle makes me think saddle related but i cant find anything.

    I'm thinking it bolts to a wagon or implement then attaches to another implement - just a guess

    Yes sadly im not gonna get much for it. I might re-purpose it for something. It does have a cool look.

    What you show in your first picture and then what you show what you think it is ain't the same thing I say. Your original pictures show long sticking bolts with nuts on them - your second picture actually shows something a horse can wear without irritation. I'm saying it may be a similar item - just not exact.

    Yes. I would hazard a guess that mines a different maker/design and missing the leather part. Probably long rotted off. That worthpoint.com one is even closer to mine still not exact.

    Well of course not - yours may be even a one of a kind set up as farmers fabbed their own equipment as needed - they couldn't just "Go to market" and afford to buy one.

    Somewhat late to the party and it’s already been identified. The screws would have gone down into a heavily padded leather roller that went around the horses girth.
