Your original pictures show long sticking bolts with nuts on them - your second picture actually shows something a horse can wear without irritation. I'm saying it may be a similar item - just not exact.
Yes. I would hazard a guess that mines a different maker/design and missing the leather part. Probably long rotted off. That worthpoint.com one is even closer to mine still not exact.
Well of course not - yours may be even a one of a kind set up as farmers fabbed their own equipment as needed - they couldn't just "Go to market" and afford to buy one.
