Japanese Watercolor/Custom Frame

SO I'm clearing a lot of stuff out there and try to do a little research on them, on these I'm really lost, the frame is handmade as it is tongue and groove, grooves on the side for hangi string is gouged out, not cut. The watercolor itself is on rice paper. Any help, 'specially the signature, will be greatly appreciated. ill be greatly appreciated.

I also don't think this is watercolor. Woodblock print is much more likely.

 

The frame is classic Japanese, so this is all original most likely.

 

Definitely watercolor as the colors bled through.

 

So do the colors on woodblocks.

 

Actually that's a dead cert clue it's Japanese wood block.
