Wooden Dressed Gentleman, from where?

    Hello

    This gentleman figurine came into a local shop, but I couldn't help them ID it, hopefully someone here can help. My best guess is Austrian.

    Approx 14/15 inches tall. Pretty sure it's carved & painted wood, but don't have any closeups to show.
